We offer dedicated, English-language technical support for all groups. We have also worked with moderators in the past in non-English speaking countries and can co-ordinate technical support with the moderator.

We make sure your participants have webcams.

During recruitment we can screen for participants that currently have webcams. Alternatively, for an additional fee, we can arrange for procurement and shipping of webcams to participants.
